ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Discover a journey towards a healthier mind, body, and spirit through Biophilic Nature Wellness practices, experiences and principles.

Join Biophilic Lifestylist Iris Rosin for a Forest Bathing experience in Central Park. The workshop will include: Discussing the history, science, and wellbeing benefits of Forest Bathing, grounding tree meditation, nature breathing, and a forest tea of the season.

Rain or Shine!

We will meet RAIN OR SHINE in front of Tavern on the Green (WEST 67- UNDER THE ENTRANCE AWNING for a 6:00PM start/introduction by our guide, Iris Rosin.

We will wait up to 15 min for everyone to show up - then we begin to walk at 6:30PM sharp. Please be on time as its impossible to meet after that as we are walking places that will not be possible to explain where to meet once we begin.
