Join Biophilic Lifestylist Iris Rosin for a Forest Bathing experience in Central Park (meet-up location TBD).

The workshop will include: Discussing the history, science, and wellbeing benefits of Forest Bathing, grounding tree meditation, nature breathing, and a forest tea of the season.
