ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Did you know that many of the healing properties of plants are communicated through their flavor? There is so much information already available to us before we ever even open a book or type a question into the search bar…

Join us for a deep dive into the world of flavor and learn to tune in to different ways of knowing through experiential practices in this interactive workshop. Learn why flavors matter to those interested in herbalism, engage in guided tastings and discussion, and discover firsthand how to translate what you taste into useful information about the basic actions of medicinal plants on your body, mind, and spirit.

In this two-hour class, you are invited to engage with a variety of herbs, connect to your own intuition, make friends, and go home with a handcrafted tea blend!
