They Did It First

Pioneering Black Photographers

FOTOGRAFISKA 2

About the Event

They Did It First is an homage to Black photographers whose images broke barriers within the creative industry and inspired generations. The panel includes photographers from the “old school” (Keith Major, T. Eric Monroe) and from the “new school” (Flo Ngala, Kreshonna Keane, Wulf Bradley), who will come together to share wisdom and creative savvy with aspiring photographers looking to take the next step in their careers.

Moderated by Cadeem Jabari.

General Admission tickets include museum admission. A limited number of special price tickets are available to Members on a first come, first served basis.
