About the event

Fotografiska Patron members are invited to join us for an intimate salon experience at the home of Blaise Hayward.

Join us for an evening of cocktails and conversation on the art of hosting and its importance in creating community, with contributions from Social Bee, the host of our 2023 "Flowers Series" celebrating Pride, and the Creative Producer of famed Brooklyn nightclub and performing art space, House of Yes. As we continue to look at the ways in which we gather, we will share our sources of inspiration and spaces we love.

About Blaise Hayward

Born in 1964 in Toronto, Blaise is a photographer and sculptor based in New York. In 1996 he moved to the United States, where he has maintained a commercial photography studio for decades. Throughout this time he also produced fine-art photography, and over the past few years this increasingly has become the focus of his time and energy, as has creating mobiles and bronze sculptures.

His work resides in many private collections. but only recently, has Hayward begun to publicly exhibit his art and present it to a wider audience. Hayward has recently completed both The Statehood Quarters and The Quarters of Confederation portfolios and is continuing to work on several projects including Tickets Please, The Honest Portrait and his Flower Studies.
