Changing the vibration of the community one breath at a time. Midweek Mindfulness with Urban Yoga brings attention to individual needs while encouraging the support of a holistic community.
Ancient methods employ breath, sound and movement to still the mind and liberate the body. Connect and flow through the rhythm of this practice moving mindfully as we honor our indigenous nature within.​
In honor of our exhibition, Best in Show: Pets in Contemporary Photography, this rendition of Midweek Mindfulness takes an earthly turn, appreciating the beauty of our connection to our feathered friends. Become one with nature as the tranquility of birdsong guides you through your meditative state.
Please bring an additional layer, as the meditation tends to lower body temperature.
