About the Event

Sound bath meditation uses resonant, soothing sounds to relax the body on a cellular level. As the waves of sound move through you, your body gets an energy reset, the vibrations shifting everything back to alignment like a good stretch. The practice can help you access your peace, focus, confidence, gratitude, and maybe even joy — while helping you let go of everything that’s the opposite.
