About the Event
Sound bath meditation uses resonant, soothing sounds to deeply relax the body on a cellular level. As the waves of sound move through you, your body gets an energy reset, the vibrations shifting everything back to alignment like a good stretch. The practice can help you access your peace, focus, confidence, gratitude, and maybe even joy — while helping you let go of everything that’s the opposite.

General Admission tickets include museum admission.
Patrons are able to RSVP for free to this event. Space is limited for Patron RSVP’s to general admission events. Members are able to get a limited number of discounted tickets on a first come, first served basis.
