About the Event

Fotografiska members have the exclusive opportunity to join us for a day trip to the Katonah Museum of Art in Katonah, NY to experience their exhibition, Jonathan Becker: Lost Time through an artist-led tour.

Spanning Becker’s illustrious career from his formative period in Paris as a protégé of Brassaï through today, his work features some of the most fascinating and important subjects across contemporary culture. Whether celebrated within the pages of Vanity Fair and Vogue or gracing museum walls, Jonathan Becker remains one of the leading visual storytellers of our time.

Following the tour, featured artist Jonathan Becker and eminent art historian and curator Robert Storr will discuss Becker’s storied career and unique photographic practice. Guests will take home a signed copy of Becker’s new exhibition catalogue!

Just outside of the city, the Museum is housed in an elegant building designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes, and presents changing exhibitions that cross a spectrum of artistic disciplines, cultures, and historical periods. We'll meet at Fotografiska New York and take a Coach bus to Katonah with our Director of Programming and fellow Friends of Fotografiska members.
