Leica Women Foto Project Award

Celebration &amp; First Look<br />

Hero Image for Leica Women Foto Project Award

About the Event

The Bind of Humanity explores the idea that a narrative has the power to influence conversations and actions of individuals and communities alike, while magnifying underrepresented voices in photography.

We have partnered with Leica Camera USA to present the Leica Women Foto Project (LWFP), a platform created by Leica to illuminate visual storytelling and foster the development and amplification of the female voice. Since its inception in 2019, the initiative serves as a catalyst to reframe how we see, think, and understand each other’s perspectives, offering awards and opportunities to support the female perspective. Now in its third iteration, the Leica Women Foto Project Award will grant three photographers each $10,000, a Leica SL2-S set, and an opportunity to display their work in The Bind of Humanity group exhibition at Fotografiska New York.

Join us for an evening celebrating the LWFP 2022 Awardees and get a first-look of The Bind of Humanity exhibition.

This event is for Fotografiska Members only. Capacity is limited and RSVP is required. Semi-formal attire requested.
